About Me

My name is Haifeng Xia. I am a fourth-year Ph.D student with the Department of Computer Science at Tulane University, advised by Prof. Zhengming Ding. My research interests are Computer Vision and Machine Learning, especially for Transfer Learning and Federated Learning. Before joining Tulane, I worked as a research assistant at Purdue University (Indianapolis). Moreover, I obtained my master degree from Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) in 2019, where I worked on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition advised by Prof. Guocan Feng.
